STEM interactive educationOn 15th and 16th November 2018, representatives of Know and Can Association and 119th School “Acad. Mihail Arnaudov” took part in the kick-off meeting of the brand new KA2 project DROP-IN which was held in Pau, France. The project is coordinated by our French partners from Pistes Solidaires and gathers partners from 5 EU countries – France, Bulgaria, Italy, Belgium and Latvia.
On October 25 and 26, 2019 the third T-BOX partnership meeting was held in Odense, Denmark with the kind hosting of our Danish partners from Korup School and BrainLog.
All partners were welcomed by the host of the meeting – the headmaster of Korup School. At the beginning of the meeting were presented the T-BOX cards and their box. Questions about their testing were discussed - how it would be implemented, within what period and among how many students.
At the end of summer 2018 finished the work on the creation of the first intellectual product under the “Math and Motivation” project - a toolkit for improving math and science skills.
The kick off meeting took place at the 119 Secondary School “Academician Mihail Arnaudov” (Sofia, Bulgaria) from 22 to 23 October 2018. The project has been introduced by Rumyana Shalamanova, career counselling expert and a chairwoman of Know and Can (one of the project partners).

On 8 and 9 October in the office of Mental Arithmetic Europe in Sofia, the first BI-NEW project meeting was held. In 2016 the European Commission has adopted a New Skills Agenda for Europe which aims to ensure that people develop a broad set of hard and soft skills from early on in life, necessary for the jobs of today and tomorrow.
