projectslogo.FriendeskName: Foster Reception for Inclusive Educational Needs: Development of Educational Support for Kids

F.R.I.E.N.D.E.S.K. is a aimed at reducing social exclusion of 0-6 years old children coming from marginalised contexts through the implementation of an innovative ECEC (Early Childhood Education and Care) model. The objectives are:

  • To intervene on the cultural and social deprivation of children and families;
  • To increase the professional skills of teachers, educators, experts and school staff;
  • To create an educating community made up of people dealing with the rights of children, education and social inclusion;

Project phases:

  • Analysis on the reasons of social exclusion of households with children aged 0-6 years;
  • A transnational activity for teachers and experts who work within the ECEC systems;
  • Experimentation of the Friendesk Model aimed at providing parents with information, contact, treatment or other services;
Launching of an Integrated Training Web Platform for ECEC experts;
 
  • Comparative Studies on ECEC systems and Hub&Spoke Model Guidelines
  • Training package for ECEC professionals
  • Friendesk Hub & Spoke Model Experimentation
  • Integrated Interactive Platform with MOOC training courses
  • Hub&Spoke Model Governance
