Name: EURO4SCIENCE 2.0 – Spin Off of a Forensic Science Educational Strategy Promoting Scientific Literacy and European Students Citizenship

uro4Science 2.0 is a spin-off of the Euro4Science project. The CSI motto is used through crime cases to create challenges, that students can solve using techniques such as blood analysis while learning mathematics, chemistry and other STEM-based subjects in active and exciting way.

Euro4Science 2.0 will expand and improve the Forensic Science Education Toolbox with materials and activities for teachers and students including activities related to environment, health and citizenship.

The Forensics Science Education Toolbox consists of a box with materials for experiments (activities), supported by a Teachers’ Guide and a Students’ Guide. It is available in 6 languages (EN, PT, BG, PL, GR and TK) and it was designed to be used by students in class under teachers’ supervision. Hundreds of units of the Toolbox will be produced and distributed by schools all over Europe.

If you are a teacher and you or your school are interested in getting the Toolbox and receive training on how use it, please contact us.

  • Improvement of the Forensics Science Education Toolbox by adding new activities and a video library with live demonstrations;
  • Training hundreds of teachers in Portugal, Poland, Bulgaria, Greece, Turkey and in the UK, so that they can use the Toolbox and train more teachers;
  • Create a European Network for Forensic Sciences in Education, with “Hotspots” prepared to train teachers for the use of the Toolbox;
