Common report on diversity management and inclusion at workplace

DIME4

During the first half of 2021, the consortium of DIME project worked on the detailed desk research and fieldwork on the analysis of obstacles for employment of migrants and ethnic communities in SMEs and NGOs from the perspective of employers in Bulgaria, Sweden, Italy and Finland. This activity is central for the identification of the ethnic-related obstacles to equal employment and the definition of the needs of the employers for competence-development, in terms of suitable working solutions, that will then serve as a stepping stone in the development of a methodology and a training course. In this way the course will be based on a bottom-up approach, tailoring the local needs and abilities of the employers.
