During the sessions, we delved into the project reulsts.
One of the highlights was exploring a series of engaging educational videos, each dedicated to one of the 12 most critical soft skills essential for teachers and trainers. These videos served as a valuable resource, providing insights and strategies for effective management of the digital learning process. 📹🔝
But that's not all!
Following the video sessions, our participants enthusiastically dove into hands-on "micro-tasks" associated with each soft skill. These activities are designed to inspire and empower our educators by cultivating consistent "micro-habits" that will enhance their soft skills over time. 🌱🔁
