On March 6, 2025, the 5th International Women-Friendly Brands Awareness Awards took place in Istanbul, Turkey. Organized by the "Women-Friendly Brands" platform, the event brought together leading experts, business representatives, academics, and non-governmental organizations from around the world. The conference focused on promoting gender equality and best practices for women's inclusion in various spheres of society and the economy.

Mrs. Rumyana Shalamanova, Chairperson of "Know and Can" and IVETA Vice President for Eastern Europe and Central Asia, played an active role in the conference discussions.
