The second transnational partners meeting was hosted on 19th and 20th September 2018 by our Croatian partner - Strojarska tehnička škola Osijek in their premises in Croatia. 
The meeting was attended by 17 participants representing all partner organisations. The school headmaster opened the event addressing the partners and wishing them a productive work.
A very nice surprise was that local radio and TV station came to report the meeting and to take interviews from the participants regarding the project implementation and products. This ensured a wide dissemination and raising the interest in the project activities at local and national level. 
The meeting continued with detailed presentation of the work done under IO1-Toolkit for teachers which was finalized shortly before the event and combines the Collaborative methodology and the Curriculum for improving math, science and literacy skills. After that followed discussions regarding the organization of the national cascade trainings - schedule; recruitment of participants; logistical details; program and activities. The draft version of the program which was elaborated during the LTTA earlier in 2018 was discussed, agreed and finalized. Danmar Computers, the Polish partner in the project presented the draft version of the Collaborative Learning E-tools platform and its functionalities. All partners gave their suggestions and recommendations on how the platform should look like and future tasks were distributed. During the first day of the meeting the partners took a short break from their work and made a tour around the school organized by the hosts.
The second day of the meeting was dedicated the administrative and technical aspects of the project – presentation of the documents needed for the interim report and next quarterly financial reports to the coordinator; establishing deadlines; dissemination activities and reporting; evaluation and quality assurance; fine-tuning the work plan.
